Below are the mix recipes so that you will know what kind and how much alcohol to have on hand when we arrive. If there are any frozen drinks that you would like but do not see listed, please call us to see about a special order.

Our most popular mix

Needed:

(1) mix. (provided)
-
2.75 liters of Tequila (1.75 liter and a 1 liter bottle)

(1/2) to (1) liter bottle of Triple Sec (1 full liter will make them sweeter- it depends on your taste. Most people prefer 1/2 liter which makes the margaritas both sweet and a little sour).

To mix:
Using the 5 gallon plastic jug provided, add the bottle of mix. Next add the tequila and triple sec. Fill the remainder of the jug with water, swirling as you go. Pour the mix into the machine and turn switch to "on". Wait thirty minutes and enjoy. When low light comes on, add more mix to machine.

For "virgin" margaritas, follow the directions above minus the alcohol. Fill jug with water to ~4/5 level.
Margarita, just red and fruity

Needed:
- (1) strawberry mix. (provided)
- 2.75 liters of Tequila (1.75 liter and a 1 liter bottle)
- To mix:
Using the 5 gallon plastic jug provided, add the bottle of strawberry mix, and 1/3 lime mix. Next add the tequila. Fill the remainder of the jug with water, swirling as you go. Pour the mixture into the machine, turn switch to "on". Wait thirty minutes and enjoy. When low light comes on, add more mix to machine. You'll be in Strawberry Heaven!

Using the 5 gallon plastic jug provided, add the bottle of mix. Next add the white rum. Fill the remainder of the jug with water, swirling as you go. Pour the mixture into the machine, turn switch to "on", and thirty minutes later, your daiquiris will be ready !

(6) 750ml. bottles of Champagne or (3) 1.5 liter bottles

Using the 5 gallon plastic jug provided, add the mix. Next add the white rum and peach schnapps. Swirl the mixture. Add champagne. Fill the remainder of the jug with water, swirling gently as you go. Pour the mixture into the machine, turn switch to "on". Wait thirty minutes and enjoy.

*This recipe is non-alcoholic and perfect for business meetings and other gatherings where alcohol is not allowed. It is presweetened and similar to frozen cappuccino sold at 7-11 and Starbucks®. A favorite of coffee drinkers!

(2) gallons whole milk

To mix:
Using the 5 gallon plastic jug provided, mix 2 bottles of the mocha mix with 2 gallons of milk and fill water to the 4 gallon (4th mark ) on the jug. Swirl the jug to mix. Pour the mixture into the machine, turn switch to "on", and thirty minutes later, your frozen cappuccino will be ready!
Warm you up and cool you off

1 liter of Kahlua or similar coffee liqueur

1.75 liter bottle of Vodka

To mix:
Using the 5 gallon plastic jug provided, mix 2 bottles of the mocha mix with 2 gallons of milk. Add Kahlua and Vodka. Fill the remainder of the jug with water, swirling as you go. Pour the mixture into the machine, turn switch to "on", and thirty minutes later, your frozen mudslides will be ready!
